Front wheel kit 500W to 750W without battery for CARGO and TANDEM bikes

The "Donkey" motor is a geared motor with a reinforced planetary gear system and internal freewheel. It offers generous torque and great pedaling ease: the motor is completely disengaged when not powered, allowing you to ride without any resistance.

It installs on all traditional frames with a 100mm dropout spacing. Compatible with standard disc brakes (6-bolt) or rim brakes (with Kargo rim).

A Complete Drive Wheel

Your wheel is carefully laced in our workshop: spoke tension, centering, and truing are checked before shipping. The 36 stainless steel spokes (2.3mm) are made in France.

For rim brakes, we recommend the Mach1 Kargo rim.

The 22A controller uses 100% waterproof Julet connectors. Installation is "Plug & Play" thanks to color-coded connectors.

Simplified wiring harness:

• 🟢 1 Green connector: Control screen (Display)
• 🟡 1 Yellow connector: Throttle (optional)

Premium choice: USB port, auto-backlight, and advanced settings for the 9 assistance modes.

The Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS)

Mandatory to engage assistance, it detects the rotation of your pedals. Several models available (integrated or magnetic disc) to fit 90% of bicycles.

The Torque Arm

Indispensable with the Donkey kit. This laser-cut stainless steel part prevents the axle from loosening and protects your fork.

Throttle

Ideal for MTB to assist with hill starts or clearing obstacles.

Brake Cut-offs

Added safety: instantly cuts the motor when braking.

The front wheel kit is compatible with all bicycles having a 100mm dropout spacing and frame slots of 9 or 10mm.
