Rear wheel retrofit kit 5000W

This 5000W electric rear wheel kit allows you to transform a 50cc or 125cc internal combustion motorcycle into an electric motorcycle very easily because the rear drive wheel is easy to install and the space you have in the frame instead of the internal combustion engine allows you to install a 48V or 72V battery.

Note that you can also keep your original combustion engine to make a hybrid bike with this rear electric drive wheel. In this case, you can take a 48V 21Ah battery that will fit more easily.

The DD55 rear wheel motor delivers a power of 5000W. The motor is radiated on a 17" or 19" aluminum motorcycle rim.

Note that the motor has a thread that will allow you if necessary to screw a freewheel to adapt a transmission by chain in the context of the realization of a hybrid bike.

Inside rim 40 mm but for wider assemblies, do not hesitate to contact us because we can make custom spoking.

The kelly controller allows a vector control of the motor (FOC) influencing the behavior and the efficiency of the motor.

The motor is completely silent and there is no vibration.

Note that the Kelly controller is fully programmable by a PC, so you can adjust yourself the acceleration and deceleration curves, the dead travel of the gas pedal, the level of regeneration ...

The DD55 electric wheel motor is a brushless BLDC motor, so you can also regenerate during braking. For that you will have to buy in option a pair of brake handles with cut or to install a switch with magnetic cut on the handlebar of your motorcycle.

The motor output cable is 1m long and the power connectors are M6 diameter eyes.

The battery cable has a standard length of 35cm but you can ask us for a different length if needed since the wiring is done in our workshop.

You can power this motorcycle electric wheel kit with our 48V or 72V batteries of minimum 25Ah capacity to benefit from all the power of this motor.

We have a workshop of 300 m2 of manufacture of batteries to the lithium we can realize batteries on measures if you wish it.
