OZO gift vouchers are valid for one year, and only valid on the website www.ozo-electric.com
OZO gift vouchers are not personal, and can be used by a single beneficiary in one or more installments.
If the amount of the order is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the balance of your check will be usable on a next order.
Each gift certificate has a unique code. This code must be entered in the "reduction code" field located on the order payment page.
Several gift vouchers can be used to pay for a single order.
If the amount of the order is greater than the value of the gift voucher, you can pay the supplement by the means of your choice: Bank card, Check or transfer.

OZO gift certificates cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded.

Each gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase of the said voucher. Beyond that, the check is no longer valid.

A gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged

The risk of loss and the title of ownership associated with gift vouchers are transmitted to the buyer or to the intended recipient, when the gift voucher is sent by email.

We will not be held responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your authorization.

Gift certificates have a unique number and cannot be reproduced. Any copy or attempted fraudulent use will result in the cancellation of the order. OZO reserves the right to take legal action against fraudsters.
