220mm electric wheel motor for industrial and logistics trucks for disc brake

We designed this electric drive wheel specifically to electrify all industrial rolling bases used in handling or logistics.

Its main objective is to facilitate the electrification of your logistics or production carts, reducing worker fatigue while complying with CSR standards.

With a continuous power of 500W, this drive wheel can power various equipment such as push-pull trolleys, trolleys, picking carts, industrial racks, and even hospital beds.

The motor has a 1500mm cable that is directly compatible with our OZO 25A industrial controller. Its 50mm-wide polyurethane tread provides excellent grip on all types of industrial floors and eliminates any risk of punctures. The outer diameter of the tread is 220mm.

The brushless motor operates as a direct drive, ensuring completely silent operation when used with our programmable OZO 25A controller. In addition, an integrated temperature sensor protects the motor from overheating when used under heavy load.

Our programmable controller allows advanced customization of motorization parameters according to your needs, such as feed rate, torque, response time, acceleration, maximum voltage, etc.
