Electric Industrial motor wheel 160mm for trolley pusher puller medical bed

This electric drive wheel has been designed for the electrification of any industrial handling or logistics rolling base.

It makes it easy to electrify your logistics or production trolleys to reduce the strain on your operators and comply with CSR standards.

With its 600W continuous output, you can motorise push-pull trolleys, sideboards and any industrial trolleys, picking trolleys and racks, as well as medical equipment such as hospital beds.

Comes with a 1500mm cable.

The 55mm wide polyurethane belt prevents punctures and provides excellent grip on all types of industrial floor. The outer diameter of the tread is 160mm.

This motor is available with a speed rating of 4.17 RPM/Volt, equivalent to a maximum speed of 5Km/h at 36V.

This brushless motor is direct-drive, which means it runs very quietly when used with our programmable OZO 25A controller.

The included temperature sensor protects the motor from overheating when used under heavy load.

The programmable controller enables us to adjust the motor parameters to suit your needs: feed speed, torque, response time, acceleration, maximum tension, etc.

The motor can be controlled in forward and reverse, and you can activate the regenerative brake and the deadman function.

The vectorial technology used on our controller will enable the machines equipped to circulate without causing noise pollution.

This type of motorisation is fully capable of meeting the criteria for reducing the arduousness of work and occupational risks, in order to comply with the new CSR standards.
