Even if the Hall sensors of your motor are faulty, this controller will be able to operate your bicycle.
It will also easily operate any 250W brushless motor.

This 15A controller will allow you to repair any electric motor-equipped bicycle affordably. It operates in sensorless mode, which will enable you to operate a motor even if it has an issue with Hall sensors (faulty sensor or cut wire). Installation is simplified as only 3 wires need to be connected instead of 8. These controllers can be used solely with a throttle, solely with a pedal sensor, or with both systems in parallel.
If Hall sensors are not connected, faulty, or wires are cut, the mapping switches to sensorless mode with a square output curve of the three phases. The motor will be noisier, but the starting torque will be higher.

The controller has two control inputs: One for the pedal sensor (12-magnet sensor) and the other for the throttle. Hence, you can choose to control your motor with the pedal sensor and/or the throttle. If you want pedal assistance, you will need to use a 12-magnet pedal sensor for better system responsiveness. |

The throttle is independent of the selected modes and the pedal sensor, meaning you can manually adjust the power from 0 to 100% at any time. |

The "brake cutoff" connector is used to ground the system. It is recommended to connect a contact brake handle to this connector to cut off the system during braking. |

A connector allows you to directly connect your display to the controller. The display will allow you to read and adjust all the parameters of your motorization. |

Generic controller wiring
With the generic controller, we provide various adapters to facilitate installation. This avoids cutting the controller's plugs.
The shunt allows you to use the controller without a screen. It is installed in place of the screen.
