The FREERIDER rear hub motor is the result of our development in the electric mountain bike (e-MTB) field since 2010.

A geared brushless motor with an internal freewheel, it is designed to tackle all terrains and will allow you to reach the highest summits.

Internal freewheel, reinforced gears, and a cassette body compatible with up to 12 speeds.

Description

FREERIDER MOTOR: OFF-ROAD POWER

The Freerider motor was originally designed for aggressive e-MTB (Enduro, Freeride). It is the ideal choice for riders over 85kg, cargo bikes, tandems, or any application requiring high mechanical stress.

This motor features an internal freewheel: you can pedal just like a normal bike with zero resistance when the assistance is turned off. As soon as you activate it, its exceptional torque propels you up any summit.

Equipped with a temperature sensor, it ensures optimal and safe operation, even under intense and prolonged effort.

Freerider cassette body

CASSETTE COMPATIBILITY

The motor is equipped with a cassette body compatible with Shimano and SRAM 9/10/11 speeds. For 7 or 8-speed drivetrains, simply add cassette spacers.

Adjustment washers are provided for perfect wheel centering within your frame.

DISC BRAKING

The Freerider motor allows you to directly bolt on your brake disc using the international 6-hole standard.

CUSTOM WHEEL LACING

You receive a complete wheel. We use Mach1 (French-made) double-wall rims and 36 stainless steel spokes (2.3mm).

Each wheel is hand-laced in our workshop in Aix-en-Provence: tension, centering, and truing are rigorously controlled.
