The torque arm helps to reduce the mechanical strengths on the bicycle’s frame on the fixation nozzles of the wheel in order to avoid any distortion. Torque arms are used to prevent axle rotation in hub motors.
We strongly advise you to use a torque arm for conversion kits above 400W.
